Dear Valued Clients,

We truly appreciate the understanding and flexibility you have shown during these unprecedented times.

We have resumed our thermography and ultrasound services. However, we are taking a series of precautions in order to minimize any risks to our clients and technicians. We ask for your continued cooperation with the measures we have implemented to make your appointment with us a pleasant and safe experience. Please read the information below.

  • All clients are required to wear a mask upon arrival and for the duration of the appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for a $5 fee. (For regions that require removing the mask, the technician will instruct you accordingly.)

  • Technicians will wear appropriate personal protection equipment.

  • No-contact temperature checks will be conducted before entering the facility. Any temperature over 100º F will require your appointment to be rescheduled.

  • All workstations will be properly sanitized between each appointment.

  • A virtual waiting room will be implemented to minimize the number of persons in a location. Guests are not allowed at your appointment.

  • All necessary client paperwork must be completed and emailed within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Payment will be collected in full when your appointment is scheduled. Credit cards and debit cards as well as Flex Account and HSA cards are accepted.

  • Upon arrival, please wait in your car when you arrive at your appointment and have your phone ready. The technician will call you to review a COVID-19 risk screening checklist along with your previously completed paperwork.

  • Please have your mask ready or notify the technician if you need one. There is a $5 fee for provided masks.

  • The technician will meet you at the inside entrance of the door to welcome you into the office.

  • A no-contact thermometer will be used to take your temperature.

  • You will receive your report via email within two-weeks of your appointment. If you have any questions about your report, we will arrange a time to review via FaceTime, Zoom, or phone call.

We enjoy providing wonderful customer service and being personable with our clients. Like most businesses and families, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 crisis on a weekly basis and may modify or update our protocols as needed. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we implement these new protocols for the wellbeing of our technicians and our clients. Your comfort and safety are our utmost priority. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Warmest Regards,

Mobile Thermographic & Ultrasound Imaging
