We truly appreciate the understanding and flexibility you have shown during these unprecedented times.
We have resumed our thermography and ultrasound services. However, we are taking a series of precautions in order to minimize any risks to our clients and technicians. We ask for your continued cooperation with the measures we have implemented to make your appointment with us a pleasant and safe experience. Please read the information below.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
All clients are required to wear a mask upon arrival and for the duration of the appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for a $5 fee. (For regions that require removing the mask, the technician will instruct you accordingly.)
Technicians will wear appropriate personal protection equipment.
All workstations will be properly sanitized between each appointment.
All necessary client paperwork must be completed and emailed within 48 hours of your appointment.
Payment will be collected in full when your appointment is scheduled. Credit cards and debit cards as well as Flex Account and HSA cards are accepted.
We enjoy providing wonderful customer service and being personable with our clients. Like most businesses and families, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 crisis on a weekly basis and may modify or update our protocols as needed.
